My first client was pivotal in launching my journey into innovative renovation. They approached me with a strong desire to completely transform their home, recognizing that the existing design was uninspiring and needed a fresh, modern vision. Their readiness to embrace change set the stage for a project where we could reimagine the space entirely.

This project taught me the value of rethinking and evolving an outdated design. Rather than preserving a lackluster foundation, we focused on maximizing the useful aspects of the existing structure while introducing new, strategically placed floorspace. The key living areas were thoughtfully reconfigured within the original footprint, and a minor rear extension was added to make the most of the existing pool. This experience not only resulted in a striking, functional home but also reinforced the importance of bold transformation—a principle that continues to guide my work today.
