The master bedroom, positioned at street level, offers a direct connection to the beach vistas while addressing the steep terrain. From there, the house steps down to the main living area and the semi-separate dining room, creating a seamless flow through the space. The secondary bedrooms are situated on the lower level, still benefiting from partial views, while preserving the highest elevation for the main living and kitchen spaces, where the panoramic outlook is truly celebrated.

Lightweight decks extend across the side frontage, maximizing the home's connection to the coastline and offering a contemporary aesthetic that blends effortlessly with the surrounding environment. The home’s presence on Austral Avenue is defined by its modern design and dynamic use of elevation.

Securing Development Approval for this home involved extensive collaboration with council and neighboring residents. The design team worked tirelessly to address concerns about potential view losses while maintaining the integrity of the design. The use of advanced 3D modeling technology played a pivotal role in illustrating the proposed building’s form and mass, offering clear visualizations that reassured stakeholders of the home’s thoughtful integration into the neighborhood.
