The design is defined by crisp, geometric forms that balance rectangular volumes with angular accents.
“I have had the pleasure of working alongside Glenn McLeod on many architectural projects. I have built many homes designed by various building designers and architects BUT Glenn''s designs and attention to detail are second to none.
I have nothing but the highest of praise for Osmond McLeod Architects for there absolutely stunning seamless designs and have no problem recommending Glenn. Keep up the great work!”

Designed as a contemporary blend of materials, this project masterfully conceals the old structure behind a striking collection of evocative forms. By employing a dynamic mix of sleek glass, dark gray metal panels, warm wooden accents, and brickwork, the design creates an unexpected transformation that celebrates modernity while softening the transition from the past. The original framework isn’t erased—it’s ingeniously disguised, paving the way for fresh, dynamic volumes that invite the eye and spark the imagination.
The upper level features elegant, narrow vertical windows alongside a larger window that fills the interior with natural light, while the welcoming glass front door and the subtle detail of the house number "20" displayed on a concrete block add unique architectural signatures to the façade. Emphasizing the heart of family life, the design creates spacious communal areas that foster interaction and comfort. Expansive, open-plan living zones and intimate spaces seamlessly integrate with outdoor areas, accented by minimalist landscaping with small plants and rocks. Under a clear, sunny sky, the home stands as a modern retreat where thoughtful reconfiguration transforms yesterday’s framework into a promising new chapter of stylish, comfortable living.
