My love for architecture has grown over the years. During the first years of my career, I developed extensive experience as a multi-residential architect and as a commercial architect, and I have maintained my interest in these kinds of projects. However, my more recent passion lies in helping people create great places to live, play and enjoy. I think my love for architecture developed from putting things together as a child. Be it Lego or models or cubby houses, I loved assembling and creating anything and everything. I still do.
I work from our recently completed home office in Tascott. My wife and I have a 10-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl and when our kids were much younger, we worked though the sometimes-challenging process of designing and building our own home together. I am grateful for the experiences and personal understanding I gained during this period, and I apply the highs, the lows and lessons learned in everything I have done since then.
We love the Central Coast, from the sense of community to the bushland and the beaches that provide such a unique and beautiful backdrop to create a positive contribution to the built environment and our community. We are dedicated to creating sustainable, considered and environmentally sensitive design outcomes that draw on the site context of each project to maximise natural light, ventilation and solar access. With consideration of construction methodology, embodied energy and environmental location, your home can be as energy efficient as possible whilst minimising the environmental impact over its lifecycle.
Building your home can be a huge challenge, but my passion for what I do comes from transforming those challenges into outcomes that result in a home designed and built just for you. I am here to help, so if you have considered building or renovating, or you are looking to create your dream home, please feel free to contact me and we can get the design process rolling!
